The
following violations by any Tates Creek High
School athlete throughout the calendar year will
result in, but are not limited to, the
following:
(1) Any student-athlete in violation of
any legal or school code of conduct offense
while participating in a school sponsored
overnight trip will be subject to all provisions
covered in the Tates Creek High School Overnight
Trip Policy.
(2) Any student-athlete in possession of
any illegal substance while on campus, at any
athletic event, or school function will be
subject to 25% game suspension. If a
conviction is determined, they will be dismissed
from the team for 25% of the current or
following athletic season regular scheduled
events.
(3) Any student-athlete charged with a
felony offense will be suspended from all
athletic activity until due process is
completed.
