Enrolling and Withdrawing

You MUST see Mrs. Gross, the Registrar, in the Counseling Office
to enroll or withdraw.  Please notify Mrs. Gross if you have an
address or phone number change.

 

To enroll in Tates Creek High School, please have ready the following:

  • Birth certificate

  • Social Security number

  • Up-to-date immunization record

  • Withdrawal from previous school (if applicable)

  • Transcript from previous school or 8th grade report card

  • Proof of residence (mail received the previous two weeks)

 

Absence Information


If your student is absent due to illness, send a note from the doctor when the student returns. 
A parent may excuse 10 days total for the entire year without a doctor's note. 
If you must be out of town, you must send a request to the Principal prior to the absence.
