Every IB Diploma Candidate must submit an Extended Essay following IBO regulations as stated in the IB Extended Essay Guide.
Each candidate is supervised by a teacher at
The following schedule is meant to help organize the process
of writing the Extended Essay into manageable tasks. Taken separately, the tasks are not
overwhelming, and following the time line provides sufficient time to complete
each step without undue stress. Any
failure to meet with the following timeline may result in this contract being
considered void. The student will then
be required to seek a new mentor.
The specific date for each task is agreed upon by the student and his/her mentor but must be completed by the deadline stated. The specific and actual completion date must be written in the space provided; student and mentor signatures indicate completion of the task.
