Tates Creek High School:

GPA Calculation Policy

In an effort to encourage students to enroll in the most appropriate and challenging academic program and to reward students for enrolling and succeeding in their chosen academic program, a proposal was made and approved by the TCHS SBDM council on June 11, 2007 to change the method by which grade point average for class rank purposes was to be calculated.

This method will be used to calculate weighted GPA and differentiate between the levels of classes offered at Tates Creek High School.
