AP Language (11 Grade) Only must read The Glass Castle  by Jeannette Walls.
 AP Literature (12th Grade) Only must read Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini.

IB Juniors Only must read The Life of  Pi by Yann Martel.
IB Seniors Only must read I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou.

Advanced English Only for Grades 9-12 - You will be required to participate in a book discussion group as one of your assignments for summer reading.  You will come to the library during the last week of August with your Advanced English class and joining others who read the same book.  Your job is to be prepared to offer comments.  Participation in the discussion is how you get credit for this part of summer reading.  Making notes while reading will help you to remember discussion points.
