Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Class of 2009 Senior Trip to New York City students must be slated to graduate in May, 2009
Final eligibility will be checked at the end of first semester. To be eligible students must meet the same criteria as established for athletic/extra-curricular activities. Attendance 2nd semester is extremely important. If you have excessive unexcused absences, you will be removed from the Senior Trip list and forfeit all money paid.
A reminder- -if a student is found in violation of the Fayette County Public School's Student Code of Conduct and/or the Tates Creek High School Overnight Field Trip Policy, a student is deemed ineligible and cancellation fees are imposed.
If a student is declared academically ineligible, all payments, except initial $200.00 deposit and fund-raising monies earned, will be refunded .
